    Hello! I am planning on staying at the Animal Kingdom Lodge in September, the main resort not the villas. The website does not show or mention microwaves in the room, but I was told they do offer them. Is this by request only? I see conflicting answers.

    Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge is one of my favorite resort hotels, so I think you're in for a real treat on your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation. Just being that close to the animals and seeing them all around the resort is truly amazing! And there are so many cool things to experience just wandering around the resort too. So you definitely need to plan for a little time just to explore during your stay!

    Your resort room does not include a microwave, but they are available by request. Keep in mind that there is a limited supply available, so you might want to note the request when you do your online check in. Hopefully that way you'll be sure to get one when you arrive. If for some reason there aren't any available, you'll find one in the quick service restaurant, The Mara, that you can use whenever they are open. So either way, your microwaving needs should be taken care of during your stay!
