Hi we are planning to stay in the Wildernesslodge 23-30 Oct 24. We have 5-Day Ticket with Water Park and Sports Option. I am confused as to whether I have to go to the water parks in those 5 days or can we go on Day 6 or 7?

Hi there Vivek, welcome to planDisney! Thanks for stopping by with your question, I'm thrilled to help! It sounds like you're planning a trip to Walt Disney World Resort. You are sure to make amazing memories at The Most Magical Place on Earth!

The Water Park and Sports Option added to your 5-Day Ticket provides some flexibility. You have 5 days of admission to the main theme parks (Magic Kingdom Park, EPCOT, Disney's Hollywood Studios, and Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park). These admissions can be used on any 5 days within the validity period of your ticket. In addition to the theme park days, you get 5 visits to select attractions, which include Disney's Blizzard Beach or Disney's Typhoon Lagoon (whichever is open), and other experiences such as mini-golf, ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, and more.

Generally, a multi-day ticket must be used within a certain period. For a 5-day ticket, you typically have an 8-day window starting from the first day of use. For example, if you first use your ticket on October 23rd, your ticket will be valid through October 30th. The 5 Water Park and Sports admissions do not have to be used on the same days as your theme park visits. You can use them on separate days within the ticket’s validity period. This means you can use the Water Park and Sports admissions on Day 6, 7, or any day within the 8-day validity period as long as your theme park ticket is still active.

    Example:
    • Days 1-5 (October 23-27): You could visit the theme parks.
    • Day 6 (October 28): You could use one of your Water Park and Sports admissions to visit a water park.
    • Day 7 (October 29): You could use another Water Park and Sports admission for a different activity.
    • Day 8 (October 30): Last possible day to use any remaining admissions, including theme parks or Water Park and Sports options.
If you need a rest day between theme parks, using a Water Park and Sports admission can be a great way to relax and still enjoy Disney experiences. In summary, you don’t have to use the Water Park and Sports options within the same 5 days as your theme park visits. You have the flexibility to use them on different days within the overall validity period of your ticket.

Vivek, I hope you find this information helpful as you prepare for an exciting visit to Walt Disney World Resort! Thank you again for visiting planDisney. Have a magical day!
