We are planning to stay at the Wilderness Lodge for the first time in September. I noticed that they have a ferry to the parks. Which parks does it go to, and what would be faster-taking the ferry to the parks, or taking the bus? Thanks!

    Hi Jenny,

Congratulations on your upcoming trip!  The Wilderness Lodge is a magnificent resort themed like some of the most beautiful western national parks.  There is even a "Disney" version of Old Faithful Geyser!  One of the reasons many people chose Wilderness Lodge is it's proximity to the Magic Kingdom.  Transportation to the the Magic Kingdom is via a quick boat ride from a pier located behind the pool area. (It takes about 10-12 minutes). Transportation to the other parks (Epcot, Hollywood Studios and Animal Kingdom) is via bus.  The buses run from the front of the resort approximately every twenty minutes.  A trip to any of the parks should take approximately 15-20 minutes.

    Have a wonderful visit!
