Hi Danielle,
Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question! Like you, I do some cooking at my resort before heading out to the Disney theme parks. I find that this can save not only money, but time as well! My family can have a quick breakfast and then be on our way to a theme park early in the morning.
For resorts with full kitchens, you have many options. We really love a stay at The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort. Each stand-alone cabin includes not only a full kitchen, but also a charcoal grill outside! Another option for you is to consider a villa at a
Disney Vacation Club resort. In any villa that is one-bedroom or larger, you will find a full kitchen. As you can see from the link that I provided, there are many options in theme for these resorts. From the laid-back and relaxed Florida Keys feel at Disney's Old Key West Resort to the unbelievable elegance of The Villas at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, there is a theme for everyone.
If you only want a kitchenette, which would have a microwave and mini-refrigerator but not include a stove, oven, dishwasher or full-sized refrigerator, you have a few other options. You could stay at the family suites at either Disney's All-Star Music Resort or Disney's Art of Animation Resort. You could also stay in a deluxe studio at one of the Disney Vacation Club resorts I mentioned above.
I hope that this information is helpful for you, Danielle. Have a wonderful time planning your vacation, and please do not hesitate to ask if you have any further questions.
