Planning to stay at an RV site with our 40 ft. RV, and our 2 grandkids want to sleep in a small tent. Can they pitch a tent at an RV site?

    Ernoe:

This is one of the things I like most about Disney: Unlike some state parks where you are charged by the number of tents, and sometimes vehicles, at Disney your site simply holds up to 10 people on the reservation, a camper vehicle and an auxiliary or tow vehicle. They don't come by and count tents.

You should have plenty of room on your site for your grandchildren to pitch a tent in addition to your RV. In fact, I've threatened our boys that as they get older, we will have to put them out in a tent as we outgrow our 29-footer for our family of 6!

    Wishing y'all a magical vacation!

My family of 6 appreciates Disney's value! Although Ft. Wilderness is our second home, we've enjoyed the resorts for business, reunions and romantic getaways. For me, Disney also means dining: last count, I'd eaten at 55 restaurants around the World! Learn More About Whitney
