    Planning to stay POFQ, midweek, end of January 2012. What is the latest time you would leave the room in order to grab oatmeal / fruit with 4 year old at Floatworks and still make it to MK at 8:40 to see the opening ceremony? LOVE THE PANEL! Thanks!-Trudi

    So nice to see a fellow Texan!

    If you're like me, you HATE being late...BUT I'm also not very fond of waking up at the crack of dawn, either.  It's a very fine line sometimes...

    I'd plan to leave my room by 7:15 am--7:30 am at the absolute latest but to be honest 7:30 makes me a little nervous.  7:15 am would give you time travel time to Floatworks, eat, make a bathroom stop (we always stop before getting in the car or bus)--this estimate is assuming you'll be traveling by bus.  My goal would be to be out waiting for the Magic Kingdom bus no later than 8 am.
