We are planning to stay over one night at a Disney resort hotel. The day that we're to check in, Magic Kingdom has magic hours. Are we able to take advantage of the magic hours, go to the park and then check in later in the day?

    Hi Cheryl!

Extra Magic Hours are so fantastic!  They are one of my absolute favorite reasons to stay on Walt Disney World Property.  It sounds like you are referring to morning EMH on the day of you arrival, rather than the evening version.  This does make things a little more complicated.  You WILL need to swing by your resort and officially check into your resort in order to receive you "Key to the World" card.  Obviously, your room won't be ready, but you will need this Key to the World card in order to enter the Magic Kingdom early on an EMH morning.  Perhaps the lead guest could run into your resort and check in, while the rest of the family waits eagerly in the car.  Of course, you could also take Disney transportation to the Magic Kingdom as well.  I wish that it would be easier, but I hope that you can take advantage of every ounce of the magic!

    Much pixie dust,
