Check with your hotel to see if there are any bundled deals, or perhaps even talk with a travel agent. Universal Studios is not a Disney theme park, so you can't get a deal to both parks through Disney resources. For ticket prices to Disney parks, you can click here to go to the Walt Disney World Main page, click on the "Tickets & Packages" option on the top main menu, then click "Buy Park Tickets."
But being to both places: Magic Kingdom takes two days for my family and we can generally get through Universal in one day. So yes, 3 days sounds like enough time.
