    Hi, we are planning a stay at the Grand Floridian in a 2 bedroom villa-standard view. Do all of the 2 bedroom villas have the pull down bed instead of the pull out sofa?

    Welcome back to planDisney! How exciting to be in the planning stages of a Walt Disney World Resort vacation, I love looking into the various types of accommodations that fit whoever I am travelling with - the dreaming part is fun! I love hopping on a Disney monorail and exploring the resorts along the monorail that circles Seven Seas Lagoon. Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa is a picture of elegance and sophistication; I enjoy walking through the lobby and hearing the Grand Floridian Lobby Pianist tinkling the ivories. 

    Currently, Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa is undergoing refurbishments so depending on when your trip is, you might encounter a bit of construction around the resort. Not to worry though, the work is completed during daytime hours and most resort hotel amenities will be available to Guests. With the refurbishment, rooms are gradually being worked on. I spoke with Member Services today and inquired about the 2-Bdr Villas. Some of the 2-Bdr Villas have been completed and have a pull-down bed but those that have not yet been refurbished still have a pull-out sofa. To increase your chances of getting a refurbished Villa, you can contact Member Services and note the request on your reservation. You might receive some pixie dust!
