I am planning to stay at the Fort Wilderness cabins, with a 3y.o and 5y.o, I am bringing my doulbe stroller, and renting a golf cart. I can not find any information on how to transport the stroller on the golf cart? Will it fit?

Hi Christine!  I have stayed at the Cabins several times and always rented a golf cart.  They are a great way to get around the Fort Wilderness area as well as to get to the main bus area or marina quickly.

We have taken our toddler age grandson with us so we had a single stroller and managed fine by bracing it in the back seat.  Two adults and your five year old can probably sit comfortably in the front seat with the three year old on your lap.  If you have a bungee cord I would bring that so you can secure the stroller around the middle bar of the cart in the back.  My son took a turn once and the stroller they had came flying off so it is a good idea to have some sort of restraint for it to be secure.

A note of caution as well regarding children and the carts.  Be very careful that the children are sitting properly and with an adult on the carts.  They are not as smooth as a car and can jerk a bit which could cause a little one to fall.  We learned the hard way and our grandson fell off during our first visit. He was fine but was very upset about breaking his new Mickey cell phone toy we bought at the Trading Post.

Enjoy Fort Wilderness....it has turned into a favorite place for us to stay now on our Disney vacations!
