I am planning to stay at a Disney resort and saw you can buy park tickets with your stay for a slight discount. However, I want two days with single park tickets and one day with a park hopper ticket, is this possible?

Hey Howdy Hey Sydney and welcome to planDisney!

I am so excited to hear you are in the early stages of planning your trip to the Most Magical Place on Earth! Thank you for stopping by with your question on specifics when it comes to your Theme Park Tickets. I will be happy to give you more information on how to book your tickets.

When it comes to booking a vacation to the Walt Disney World Resort, you can do everything separately or you can book a vacation package that includes your stay at a Disney Resorts Collection hotel as well as Theme Park Tickets. When you book a vacation package, you have it right Sydney, you usually get a cheaper rate on tickets. The minimum number of days to book is 2 and when you book your tickets it is an all-or-none situation. You can book either with the Park Hopper Option on all or none of them.

What I would recommend you do, is to book a vacation package with your resort and 2-day tickets with a 1-Park per day option. As you move through the steps to book, you should come to your Cart which shows your room and your tickets as well as the price tag. Before confirming, scroll to the bottom until you see "Continue Shopping For: " and select Theme Park Tickets. You should then be able to select 1-day tickets with the Park Hopper Option to add to your cart. So at the end of it you should have the vacation package with resort and 2-day tickets at 1-park per day and then 1-day tickets with the Park Hopper Option. As long as it all looks right, you can go ahead with your purchase. If all else fails, you can book your vacation package and then on a separate transaction book the 1-day tickets with the Park Hopper Option.

Either way you go, once you make your purchase you should see everything load into your My Disney Experience account. An extra step to booking your vacation how you want however it should be easy to complete and you should be all set!
