    I am planning to stay at a Disney Resort hotel. I know they give you a free magic band and able to customize it (color and your name). But are you able to put a character design on it when you are customizing it or do you have to pay for that separately?

    Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

    The complimentary MagicBands that are offered can be customized with your name and a selection of colors. There are separate character bands and limited edition bands that are offered for an additional fee. To further customize your MagicBand, you can also purchase accessories (called MagicBandits and MagicSliders) that can be added to your band. 

    A selection of character bands and accessories are offered through the Disney Store online if you want to select them before your vacation.
