Hi planning a stay for dec club level at AKL or GF. In everything I read it says they can do your dining res but I thought u needed to book those well in advance? Just a little confused in how that will help if places book up 180 days in advance thanks!

Hi Stephanie!  Welcome back to the Moms Panel.  My family recently stayed in the Kilimanjaro Club at Disney's Animal Kingdom Lodge and we really enjoyed all of the special perks that come along with it. One of those is that the concierge will take care of making all of your dining reservations.  Just prior to the 180 day mark of your arrival, you will be contacted by a member of the concierge team who will request your desired dates, times and restaurants you would like to dine at during your Walt Disney World vacation. They will do their best to secure everything that you have requested and will double check back with you if certain times or dates aren't available.  I found this service to be very helpful, as I didn't have to spend time on the phone or computer trying to secure some of the more difficult advance reservations.

I hope this clears up the process for you, and would be happy to answer any more questions you may have.  Have a magical day!
