"Hey, howdy, hey," Donna! Thanks for saddling up and moseying on back to planDisney with your question.
Donna, just as Sheriff Woody was thrilled to meet Bullseye, that's the feeling I get when chatting about
Copper Creek Villas & Cabins at Disney's Wilderness Lodge. This is not only my
Disney Vacation Club "home" resort, but truly one of my favorite spots in the world. With its rustic charm and quick access to
Magic Kingdom Park, this Disney Vacation Club resort is one-of-a-kind and I know you'll have a Magical stay in the "wilderness."
Now, Donna, with bike riding and visits to
Mickey's equine friends, it sounds like you have a full agenda of fun planned while on vacation. Currently Walt Disney World Resort is requiring that
face coverings be worn by all guests ages two and older unless eating or drinking (
while stationary). Donna, this DOES include even outdoor activities like those mentioned above. While I know this is different, I visited a reopened Walt Disney World late in the summer and really appreciated how the enhanced health and safety measures made me feel comfortable during our stay. If you're wondering how best to approach wearing face coverings in the parks and for prolonged periods of time, make sure to
read up on a few tips from the planDisney panelists.
Donna, I hope this helps as you are thinking ahead to February. Since you'll be at Copper Creek Villas & Cabins, I would be remiss if I didn't recommend stopping by
Geyser Point Bar & Grill- one of my family's favorite spots to grab a bite with a view!
Thanks again, Donna, for bringing your question to us here at planDisney. Best wishes for a pixie dusted stay... and as Sherriff Woody would say, "So long, partner."
Lauren
