Planning to stay at Contemporary Resort and have mobility issues. Are there people that can help you unload your belongings at the hotel? And is there any kind of transport (golf carts?) to take you from the conference area over to the rooms? Costs?

    Hello Jacki,
I'm delighted to hEar you're planning a stay in the beautiful and iconic surroundings of Disney's Contemporary Resort where style meets magic and is a place where Guests can enjoy a unique ride through the centre of the A-framed building onboard the Resort Monorail
I'm delighted to share that when Guests arrive at each Disney Resort hotel they can utilise the friendly helpfulness of Cast Members at Bell Services who will be more than happy to assist with all luggage requirements.  Bell Services is generally located at the main entrance near the Lobby Concierge of each Disney Resort hotel.
You'll be pleased to know there are many great Services for Guests with Mobility Disabilities and Services for Guests with Disabilities at Disney Resort Hotels including EVC Rentals and Wheelchair Rentals for Guest convenience.
I don't believe golf carts are currently used for Guest transportation at Disney's Contemporary Resort and I would say that an EVC rental could perhaps meet your needs should you require it for ease of transport at Walt Disney World Resort.
Plus I thought you might find this Disney Meetings - Disney's Contemporary Resort Overview to be a useful planning resource.
