Boy Meeting Woody at Disney' Fort Wilderness Resort and Campground

    We are planning to stay at the Campsites at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort from April 23-27, 2025, with an RV (C28). Could you explain the cancellation policy if we book only the campsite versus if we book a package that includes tickets?

    Thanks for stopping by planDisney as you plan your April visit to Walt Disney World Resort!  With so many wonderful recreational activities and dining options, I think you’ll love a stay at The Campsites at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort!

    As you know, you can choose to book a room-only reservation or a vacation package that bundles your resort stay and ticket.  Currently, Guests from Japan are unable to book directly through the Walt Disney World Resort website, but you can find a list of recommended travel agents available to assist with your plans.  Since cancellation policies may vary based on the reservation type, I would encourage you to contact one of the authorized travel agencies to review the latest cancellation policies for available hotel stays and packages.  

    When planning your stay, I also recommend considering a dining reservation at Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue.  This popular dinner show has been delighting audiences for decades and is conveniently located right at Fort Wilderness.  If you visit, be sure to prepare to stomp your feet, join the fun, and feast on a fabulous dinner!  Dining reservations can be made beginning 60 days before your check-in date and are recommended for Table-Service locations.
