We are planning to stay at the Cabins at Ft Wilderness and rent a golf cart. We have three small children and should only need a four person cart, however are we able to fit a double stroller on the cart somehow?

    Hello, Lacy!

Welcome to planDisney! We are DELIGHTED to help you plan your next Walt Disney World vacation! It looks like you are only a few months away...WOO HOO! I know you are counting down the days!

First of all, my all-time favorite "Home Away From Home" Disney Resort is most definitely The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort!  It's just so nice to come back and enjoy the peace and serenity of the outdoors after enjoying a TIGGER-ific day in one of the Disney Parks.

My family rents a golf cart every time we stay at this incredible Disney Resort, and I have to say it is ALWAYS a major HIGHLIGHT of our vacation. My kids would ride for hours exploring the property and making incredible memories. Your family is going to LOVE renting a golf cart because of the convenience of taking the golf cart to swim, to catch the bus, or to grab something you forgot at Meadow Trading Post.

Now, are you ready for some MAGICAL news?! I am very happy to inform you that you will have plenty of room to travel with a double-stroller on your golf cart! My recommendation would be to have an adult sit in the backseat. This seat faces backwards, so you have plenty of room to place a stroller (or anything bulky) in the back since it is completely open and unobstructed.

I highly recommend making advanced reservations because golf carts are very popular! All you have to do is call (407) 824-2742 and speak to a Cast Member.

If you have other questions, please let us know! We are here to help in any way!

    Have a MAGICAL day!

    Wes
