We are planning to stay at the Beach Club Resort. Check out time is 11:00, but our flight does not leave until 4:30. Will we be able to check out of our room and leave our luggage with the hotel and enjoy the hotel pool until we leave for the airport?

Hi John! Yes, the resort check-outs are indeed at 11am as they must prepare for the next guests arriving for their Disney vacation. During slow seasons you might be able to get a noon check-out but it is not always possible.

You can leave your luggage with the bell staff who will be glad to store it for you until it is time to depart for the airport. If you are using one of the airlines who participate with Disney you can check all the bags right at the resort and not worry about them until you arrive home at your airport baggage claim. You must do this before 1pm so don't wait too long. In the meantime you are more then welcome to enjoy the Beach Club facilities which include the pools until you need to depart. I suggest you have a nice breakfast close by, check your luggage to the airport, then swim for a few hours and snack at the pool. Bring large baggies with you so you can put wet suits in your carry on luggage for the trip home.
