I am planning to stay in the Art of Animation next June. It's a trip with 5 adults. Is the suite big enough? It looks pretty small in the photos I've seen

    Hi Julie,

Thank you so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question.

The family suites at Disney's Art of Animation are a wonderful option for slightly larger groups as they sleep up to six adults. You will also have a kitchenette and two bathrooms in a family suite.

As to if there is enough space for your party, I think it depends both on the relationships of the people in your party as well as how you plan to use the space. A family suite has a queen bed in the bedroom, a double-size table bed and a double-size sleeper sofa. So consider if those sleeping arrangements will work for you. Also think about how much you want to be in the suite. If you are looking for a lot of time to hang out and relax in the suite, you might find that you wish for more space. If your plan is essentially to sleep there and spend most of your time outside of your suite, it may be just right. Finally, consider how much luggage you will be bringing. If you have five full-size suitcases, those will take up a lot of space.

If you want an accommodation with more space, take a look at the Disney Deluxe Villa resorts. Your travel party could fit into a two-bedroom villa at any of these, and even a one-bedroom villa at many. For example, at Disney's Animal Kingdom Villas - Kidani Village, the one-bedroom villas include a king bed, a queen-size sleeper sofa, and a twin-size sleeper chair. This location even has two bathrooms in the one-bedroom villas! This is also true of Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort. All one-bedroom and larger villas include a full kitchen and washer and dryer in the unit, and are larger than the family suites.

Please do let us know if you have any further questions, Julie!
