Hello. We are planning on staking the first night at Port Orleans Riverside. Then 5 nights off disney property. I was going to purchase my tickets from Disney. Will we be able to take advantage of extra magic hours the entire trip? Thanks.

    Hey, Kirstin!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Extra Magic Hours allow guests that are staying at a Walt Disney World Resort, Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin hotels, and Shades of Green Resort. So, the night that you spend at Disney's Port Orleans Resort-Riverside, you will be able to take advantage of any Extra Magic Hours. So, if Extra Magic Hours are available the night that you check-in to Port Orleans or the morning that you check-out, you will be able to experience the magic during those special times.

Unfortunately, once you move to the off-property resort, you won't be able to enter the parks for the Extra Magic Hours. However, if you arrive at the parks at Rope Drop, when the park first opens to everyone,  the crowds are typically very low allowing you to have fun without as many people!
