Hi! I am in the planning stage of our next trip, and I am looking for budget friendly suites for a family of 6 (2 adults, 3 kids and 1 infant). Are the suites at Art of Animation big enough for setting up a a crib? What about 2 rooms at All Star? Thoughts?

    Hi Margie!

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I'm glad you stopped by with your question!

My family recently stayed in one of the Family Suites at Disney's Art of Animation Resort and absolutely loved it! There is more than enough room for everyone to spread out, and you'll have plenty of space to set up a Pack n Play crib. Each suite has a living room with a double-size sleeper sofa, a double-size convertible table bed, a kitchenette, and a bathroom. There is also a separate bedroom with a queen-size bed and private bathroom. My children loved the theming of this resort as well as the awesome pools. It would be a great choice!

If you decide to book two rooms at one of the value resorts, you can request connecting rooms but keep in mind that there is no guarantee of availability. Disney's All-Star Music Resort also offers Family Suites that may be a better option than two rooms. You might also want to take a look at some of the rooms that sleep five people. Since your youngest child is under the age of three, he or she will not count towards the total number of occupants in the room, and you can still request a crib. A few of my favorites are Disney's Coronado Springs Resort and Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside. Both of these resorts have rooms with two queen-size beds and a bunk-size pull down bed.

I hope this helps you find what you need and please let us know if you have any other questions. Happy planning!
