We are planning on spending our morning in Magic Kingdom and returning to our disney resort hotel in the afternoon for a nap. Then returning to park for din. Reservation. Is it easy to return to the park in the evening? Do we have to wait in line again?

    Hi Rachael:

Returning to the Park in the afternoon is extremely easy.  Crowds entering the Park in the afternoon are generally light and nothing like rope drop in the morning when crowds gather before opening.  You'll likely breeze right into the Park in the afternoon after getting your Magic Band or ticket scanned and any bags checked.

The only exception would be if you are traveling during extremely crowded times, such as the week between Christmas and New Years.  On occasion, Parks get filled to capacity.  If you are traveling that week, I would plan to arrive at the Park early and make sure to bring your dining confirmation number with you to show that you have an in-Park dining reservation.

    Enjoy your vacation.
