We are planning to spend 2 weeks in Disney next summer, we booked one week with our RCI points to stay at Saratoga Springs and want to spend a second week but arent sure if to book a week before or a week after, we will need to do a value resort + dining.

Hi April, I've stayed in both a Disney Value Resort and Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa.

While both options are wonderful, I would recommend that you do the week in a Value Resort first, then switch to Saratoga Springs for the second week. I believe it is best to "save the best for last". By the second week, you may find that you are ready for some down-time. Saratoga Springs "High Rock Spring (main) Pool" is a great place to spend a day. In addition, you would be within walking distance to Downtown Disney's Marketplace which is perfect for choosing those souvenirs to bring home.

In regards to Saratoga Springs, I recently answered a question about the Resort that I think you may find interesting. Click: HERE to view it.

Hope this helps and that you thoroughly enjoy your vacation!
