planning to spend 3 nights at Paradise Pier in August. when checking out, can I keep my car in the lot all day and still go to the parks on check out day, or do I have to move my car?

Hiya, Jennifer, and thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

First off, congratulations on your upcoming stay at Disney’s Paradise Pier Hotel! I love the charming, seaside-themed rooms, and having fun in the sun at the rooftop pool! It’s going to be a fabulous summer at the Disneyland Resort, and I’m excited for you and your family to experience it.

I have good news -- on your check-out day, you can leave your car in the hotel parking lot until the parks close. So, no need to re-park! Simply pack up and check your bags with Bell Services, and you’re off to more magical fun in the theme parks!

Be sure to make time to catch the all-new outdoor musical production of “Tale of the Lion King,” arriving at the Palisades Stage in Disney California Adventure Park starting June 7, 2019. Also, sometime this summer, we’re looking forward to the opening of Inside Out Emotional Whirlwind on Pixar Pier!

Before your Disney adventures begin, I recommend downloading the Disneyland app, which is a great tool to use inside both Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park. Use it to find your favorite Characters, check wait times, make dining reservations, utilize Disney MaxPass, and even mobile order food and drinks. It’s a game-changer at the Happiest Place on Earth!

Wishing you a magical visit and a Fantasmic summer!

Meet the Panelist: Kristin, California

Hello from sunny California! I currently live less than an hour from the Disneyland Resort, and have been an Annual Passholder for more than 20 years! As a mom of three kids under the age of 8, I consider myself an expert at navigating the Disneyland Resort with little ones. My family of five can’t get enough of the magic and happiness we encounter every time we step foot on Main Street, U.S.A. I look forward to sprinkling pixie dust on your next visit to the Happiest Place on Earth!
