We're planning to spend New Year's Eve at Magic Kingdom and are expecting to be part of a very large crowd. We have a 10 and 7 year old. Atre there must see event(s) or places we should visit New Year's Eve? I can't find any specific information on events.

    Hi there, Micki!

New Year's Eve at Magic Kingdom is absolutely wonderful! But yes, you are already aware of the crowd levels to expect.

One recommendation I have: arrive early. When the Park reaches capacity - as it typically does on New Year's Eve - Disney will set limits on the numbers of Guests in and out of the Park. But if you plan on an early arrival and a full day's stay, you should be just fine.

Your best bet for the day's events will be the Times Guide you'll pick up at the Park. That will feature any and all special happenings of the day. Right now, it is likely that Wishes! will take the skies at 8:30 PM, and special New Year's Eye fireworks will be set off at approximately 11:50 PM.

    Have a wonderful trip!

    See you later, celebrator,
