Hi there, Brittney!
Welcome! I am so glad you stopped by with your question about your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation! I know you’ve traveled to the theme parks previously but let me tell you – it gets better each time you go! We started taking our boys to Walt Disney World Resort when they were little and each time we go it’s just as magical and memorable as the first time!
There are fantastic
Baby Care Centers located throughout the four theme parks and are a great place to hop into with little ones for diaper changing, feeding, a brief break from the heat and is especially useful for nursing mothers. I would not recommend it as being a great place for a nap as the centers are not set up with places for children to sleep or rest. I completely understand how those long days at the theme parks can be especially long for the smallest Guests, so I would recommend either taking a break and heading back to your Resort for a rest before heading back to the theme parks for an afternoon and evening of fun!
Robyn recommends strolling your little one to Tom Sawyer Island or a Resort Lobby while the little Mouseketeer naps in the stroller! Being that my children have always refused naps (yes, even as babies!) we just power through the days for as long as we can.
As you finalize your plans for your visit to the Walt Disney World Resort, be sure to review planning tips for
traveling with Preschool Kids & Little Ones! There you will find some excellent ideas for the littlest Mouseketeers while enjoying everything that Walt Disney World Resort has to offer.
Wishing you a magical and memorable vacation!
