We are planning to take our sons 5 & 2 1/2 for their first trip to DW in Sept 2009. We would like to bring our own stroller but unsure of what type. Only adults going are me and my husband, and both boys will need a stroller. Any suggestions?

I would recommend bringing an umbrella type stroller.  A double umbrella could work but really two singles may be the key.  The problem with larger strollers is at the end of the day when loading on the buses they can become cumbersome.  There are usually a large number of people on the bus and juggling a heavy large folded up stroller could become frustrating.  I speak from my own experience.  I had 3 in diapers for ten years so strollers became a part of my everyday routine.  Why two single umbrella's?  Well, believe it or not...your 5 year old will be up and out more than in..at least thats what happened to us.  We found that a sometimes a ride on Daddy's shoulders was better than any stroller.  There will be days when you may only need one and not two.  You may find that you might want to take one back to room and the other may want to ride a few more attractions.  Two single umbrella strollers will make the transition easier.  I also would go to consignment shops, or garage sales to pick up the strollers for next to nothing as well.  It was definitely cheaper than renting one.  I hope this helps.  I hope you have a fabulous trip!!!
