We are planning to take my son to Disney for his 6th birthday in early October. Some of his friends from school are also planning to be at Disney at the same time. Any ideas for a Disney birthday celebration for 3-6 5/6 year old boys?

Birthdays at the Walt Disney Resort are my favorite. Your son is going to have a magical time. You must start by visiting Main Street U.S.A. in the Magic Kingdom. Here you can get a special birthday Celebration Recognition Button. You might even get a birthday phone call from Goofy while you are there. We always add the 'It's My Birthday' Mickey Mouse Ears to make the celebration complete. Our kids got so many birthday wishes from both cast members and random guests in their special birthday attire. It made them feel so special. For boys in this age group there are so many choices for a great time. Start with a visit to Captain Jack Sparrow on the Pirates of the Caribbean. They will enjoy the great swashbuckling animatronic characters. From there head on over to the classic Jungle Cruise where you will all see Tigers, Elephants and Hippos just to name a few as you adventure on the back rivers of the world. From deep in the jungle to flying in space, the Astro Orbiter are sure to make all the little guys smile as they fly through the air in Tomorrowland. These are just a few of the many great options available to you as you enjoy your sons magical day at the parks. I hope you all have a perfect day.
