I was planning a short trip for my son that is 20 and myself for this week. I need to see if we can even go to the park this week. I looked before and saw dates. Now don’t. Is it possible for 3 days at parks?

Hey there, hi there, ho there, Denise! You're as welcome as can be here at planDisney! Thank you so much for stopping by with your question!

It sounds like you have a lovely mom-and-son vacation in mind. My little guy just turned 11, and I hope he'll always be up for a visit to the Walt Disney World Resort when he grows up. I know it must be frustrating that you can't find any Disney Park Pass availability this week. Unfortunately, with Spring Break in full swing and the Theme Parks at a lowered capacity as part of the phased reopening of Walt Disney World, it's hard to find any openings right now.

In the meantime, you can try keeping an eye on the Disney Park Pass Availability Calendar to see if any Guests cancel their reservations over the next few days. Or, if you can be flexible with your dates, it looks like there's more availability after Easter. At the moment all of the Theme Parks are showing openings starting on April 11, and going all the way through the summer!

I hope you and your son are able to plan a wonderful vacation together, Denise. Fingers crossed that you can find dates that work for you! And please do come see us again if you have any more questions.

    Keep Disney Dreaming,

    Kathy K.

Meet the Panelist: Kathy, Florida

I've lived my whole life just an hour's drive from Walt Disney World, so I've been a regular visitor for as long as I can remember. Even after all these years and so many visits, I love that there's still so much to discover! Now that I'm a mom myself, seeing my favorite place through my son's eyes has given me a whole new perspective that I enjoy sharing with other parents of young children. Learn More About Kathy
