I am planning to sail Disney Wish. I am a U.S. citizen however my US passport is expired. can I sail with my drivers license?

    Ahoy Viktoriya! Welcome to planDisney!

I am sure you are super excited about your upcoming Disney Cruise Line vacation on the Disney Wish! I have sailed the Disney Wish twice, and it is a beautiful ship with so much to see and experience.

While a valid US passport is the ideal nautical companion, no worries, there are some additional options. Per the Disney Cruise Lines’s Passport and Travel Documentation page, you can use an original or copy of your state-issued birth certificate AND a physical Government-issued photo ID, an original Consular Report of Birth Abroad issued by the Department of State AND a physical Government-issued photo ID or an original Certificate of Naturalization issued by US Citizenship and Immigration Services AND a physical Government-issued photo ID. Please note that digital/mobile state-issued IDs are not acceptable to sail.

Your embarkation day is approaching soon, so be sure to return and let us know if you have additional questions before you set sail.

    Have a magical voyage!
