Planning a runDisney trip for January 2017. Our group will be anywhere from 5-12 people. We would either get 3 rooms or do a villa--depends on the final number. Is the $200 deposit per room or just per reservation? (so that 2 or 3 rooms =1 reservation?)

    Hi Justine!

It's never too early to plan your runDisney vacation!  Traveling with a group is always a lot of fun.

Basically, when you make a multiple room reservation there will be a deposit required for each room.  If you're booking a package, that will mean a $200 per room deposit.  If you book a room-only reservation, you generally have to put down the first night's cost as a deposit.

There are some exceptions when making a multiple room reservation.  For example, if you're booking an additional room (adjoining) for your children, you may only have to put down the $200 deposit on the whole reservation.

I suggest talking to a Walt Disney World reservation specialist to find the information for the reservation you need.  You can call a specialist at 407-939-1936.

I hope this helps!  Please let me know if you have any other questions.
