I am planning to make a room reservation with park passes. If I need to cancel, is my deposit refundable? How long do I have to cancel if needed?

Hi Laurie! Thank you for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

I'm so excited to see you are planning a vacation package to Walt Disney World Resort! I love how thorough you are being with your planning.

If you need to cancel, you will need to contact your travel planner or speak with a Cast Member with Disney Resort Hotel Reservations at (407) 939-1936. While prices and information are subject to change, for Disney Resort Hotel Package bookings, you may change or cancel up to 30 days prior to arrival without penalty. Changes made within 30 days of arrival may incur a $50 change fee per package. Changes made within 14 days of arrival may incur an additional $15 processing fee. Non-refundable airfares could incur additional change fees depending on the airline.

I'm sending pixie-dusted wishes your way that you will be able to book and keep your reservation!

Thanks so much for allowing the Disney Parks Moms Panel to be a part of your vacation planning. Please let me know if you need any further information as you plan your magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
