Planning on returning to Disney in Sept and I was wondering if it's worth the extra money to buy park hopper tickets.I had it the last visit but didn't use it.If we go to a park and leave for a few hours can we return again without the park hopper option.

    Hi Lisa!

Glad to hear you are planning on a return visit to Walt Disney World!

I understand that Park Hopping isn't for every visit. Some days, I stick to one park, while other days I visit three! That really depends what kind of vacation I'm on, though.

Luckily, even without a Park Hopper, you can use your valid admission to regain entry into the same park you visited earlier that same day! So if you want to rest, have lunch at a resort, or enjoy the pool mid day, and then return to the park you were at that same morning, you can do so.

The Park Hopper, as you probably already know, will allow you to gain admission into more than one park per day, and the additional charge is currently a "flat rate" of $52 plus tax for each Magic Your Way ticket. By flat rate, I mean the cost is the same if your MYW ticket is for 1 day or 7 days. Whether this is worth it for you this time around really depends on what you are planning for your vacation and the pace you want to go at. Hopefully, this helps you decide!

     Have a magical vacation!
