We are planning to return to WDW the week of September 14th. Which moderate resort would you suggest for a family of 4 with girls 12 and 8. We stayed at Saratoga and loved the relaxing pool. Thank you

I would recommend the Coronado Springs Resort (CSR).

I'm ruling out Port Orleans French Quarter because the pool slide is geared for smaller children.  I'm also ruling out the Caribbean Beach Resort only because the main pool is under rehab and is not scheduled to open until September 15. While it would be fun to be among the first visitors to see this new pool, if the opening is delayed then it would be a disappointment. The Port Orleans Riverside pool is fun but has a rustic theme that doesn't appeal to me as much as the pool at Coronado Springs. Your preference might be different.

The pool at Coronado Springs is quite large. It also offers a gigantic hot tub nearby. The pool slide is the longest slide at any of the moderate hotels. I spent some time relaxing by this pool and found the pool grill and bar convenient as well.

The Pepper Market food court is delightful and offers a wide variety of freshly made items.

The rooms at CSR are bright and cheery with 2 double beds. A privacy curtain separates the bathroom's vanity area from the bedroom area.

This resort offers a marina too!
