    Hi! We are planning a return trip with my daughter this November for her 10th birthday! She is fairly tall for her age (size 14s in girls). She really wants to do BBB. Will costumes fit her for the transformation or should I plan on sewing her a costume?

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I'm so glad that you stopped by with a question for us. It sounds like you are planning an extra magical Double-Digits Birthday celebration for your little princess. How fun!

    I don't think your daughter's Walt Disney World Resort birthday celebration would be complete without a princess makeover at Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique. I'm sure she is going to love getting the royal treatment on her special day. I know I would! The princess dresses that you can purchase in the Theme Parks and at the boutique go up to a size XL, and these would probably fit a size 12 to 14. So it just might work for her! If you happen to have a Disney Store located near your home, you could probably compare the sizes offered there and see if you think the XL would fit. Another option would be to do the Courtyard Package which includes a T-shirt and trendy tutu rather than a princess dress. These are also offered in a size XL, and you definitely wouldn't have to worry about the length since she would be wearing something underneath. But I guess the big question will be just how much your daughter grows between now and her birthday! So you'll probably have to decide what you want to do when it gets a little closer to then. I'm sure whatever you go with will be perfect for her magical transformation though!
