We are planning to rent a scooter for my husband who cannot walk very far. I see there are places close to Disney that rent (deliver and pickup) and am wondering if anyone has rented from them before and what their experiences were. Need one all the time

    Hi there Patt!

I have seen many of the rental companies and have done extensive research trying to find the best company to rent one. While I haven't rented one yet, since we are still able to push my dad around the parks in a standard wheel chair, I did speak to a park guest on my last trip out her experience. She said that it was the first time she had rented a scooter from outside of Walt Disney World and she was very impressed with the service. She said they delivered a scooter that did not meet her expectations and she had them change it out without the company giving her any trouble. She also said that the new scooter worked fantastic and it did save her money over the standard daily rate at a Disney theme park. I hope this information helps you with your planning and if you have more questions, please ask away, we are always here to help! Have a Magical Time at the Walt Disney World Resort! Thanks so much for asking the Moms Panel!
