    Hi Jennifer,

Thank you so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. We on the panel love helping guests to plan magical vacations!

The treehouse villas at Disney's Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa are a lovely respite as a vacation home base. The area is so calm and serene, and a treehouse villa nestled in the woods is lovely. My family spent a week at a treehouse villa with another family, and we had plenty of room. Whether the treehouse villas will work for you will depend on how the families are configured. In a treehouse villa, there are three dedicated bedrooms, plus a living area with some sleeping surfaces.

A treehouse villa has a master bedroom with a queen-size bed, a second bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a third bedroom with bunk beds. In the living area, there is a queen-size sofa sleeper, and a twin sleeper chair. The treehouse villas can sleep up to nine guests.  There is a full bathroom attached to the master bedroom, and another full bathroom near the second bedroom. When we stayed at the treehouse villa, my husband and I took the master bedroom, the husband and wife from the other family took the second bedroom, and the children from both families took the bunk bed room. This worked out great for us!

I hope that this information is helpful for you, Jennifer. Have a great time planning your magical vacation, and please do let us know if you have any further questions.
