Hi friend! Welcome to planDisney.
Currently, to enter the parks Guests need both a valid
admission ticket and a
theme park reservation. It does happen sometimes that Guests aren't able to attend when they'd hoped to do so. Any theme park reservations that will go unused can be canceled. According to the terms of purchase, an unused ticket is not eligible for a refund or credit. But don't worry! Instead, you'll be able to modify the theme park reservations for any Guest who doesn't use their ticket to another available date and park prior to the ticket's expiration. I'm happy to walk you through how to modify an existing theme park reservation.
First, navigate to the Disneyland Resort website. Hover over "My Disneyland" on the top right side of the homepage. Select "Ticket and Reservation Details" from the drop-down menu. On the next page, scroll down to the "Make or Modify Park Reservation" button. This is where you'll begin the modification process, which will include selecting which Guests to modify and what day and park you'd like to reschedule the reservation for.
Celebrating a big
birthday at Disneyland Resort is my favorite way to mark the occasion! We celebrated birthdays and unbirthdays aplenty in the parks in our family. You and your big party will have the best time ever, made all the merrier by being in the Happiest Place on Earth with your loved ones. Be sure to get lots of photographs to preserve the memories.
Disney's PhotoPass Service lets everyone be in the photo, and the photographers are pros at capturing your happy moments.
Have the happiest birthday!
Elizabeth
