Hi Paul!
Congratulations on staying at the Polynesian Resort this fall, it is one of my favorite resorts on Disney property. Upon arriving at your resort you present your tickets to a cast member at concierge services, they should be able to load them onto your Key to the World Card. I would do this the first day of your arrival to save time and avoid and potential problems. Remember you do not have to have these added to enjoy the benefits of staying at a Disney Resort, but it is certainly a convenience. Since Disney is always rapidly evolving, remember that this is subject to change and I would definitely double check as it gets closer to your arrival date to see if the policy is still the same.
