We are planning to purchase the Very Merry Christmas Party event tickets. Will I have to use up a day of my park hopper to only go to the event and not go to Magic Kingdom, or will the event ticket be the only ticket needed?

    Hi Lacy!

Historically, tickets to the Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party (which starts at 7pm) entitles guests to enter the Park a couple hours early (you may have to check if the policy applies for this year). However, Party tickets don't grant full-day access to Magic Kingdom.

If you have tickets to the Party, once the party starts, you have access to all of Magic Kingdom park. I should just note that during the Party not all the rides are open, and many of the sit-down restaurants are closed.

Hope that clarifies. Have a grand time!
