    Hi!! We are planning to purchase annual passes. Is the start date for the pass the day we purchase the voucher or the day we exchange the voucher for the pass? Thanks!

    Hi Alissa,

    Your annual passes will begin from the time you exchange your voucher for the pass. To redeem/activate your voucher, simply go to Guest Relations at Magic Kingdom, Epcot, Hollywood Studios, or Animal Kingdom, Blizzard Beach, or Typhoon Lagoon. There is also a Guest Relations office in Downtown Disney. You will need to bring the voucher as well as your photo ID.

    Enjoy this amazing benefit as you visit the parks on a regular basis!
