Planning 1 possibly 2 nights out without the kiddo during our week-long vacation. Both first timers to WDW who need suggestions on how to spend the night(s) off.

Hi there Heather! I think it is wonderful that you are planning for some adult time during your Walt Disney World vacation!

If you don't have childcare already lined up, the children's activity centers scattered around the Disney resorts are an ideal way for you to relax and enjoy yourself, knowing that your little one is in very good hands. For advanced reservations, please call (407) WDW-DINE. Same day walk-ins are also welcome based on availability. One-to-one in-room babysitting is also an option through the independent childcare provider Kid's Nite Out. To contact Kid's Nite Out, Inc., please call (407) 828-0920, 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., 7 days a week to make a reservation.

As for how to savor your special child-free time, I would recommend a delightful dinner at one of Disney's Signature Restaurants, a visit to Downtown Disney for some shopping and entertainment or perhaps a couples spa service.

Thanks for taking the time to visit us at the Walt Disney World Moms Panel and feel free to send more questions our way in the days leading up to your trip! May your Disney vacation be practically perfect in every way!
