We are planning to play mini golf after brunch at Chef Mickey's. Would you recommend Disney's Winter Summerland or Fantasia Gardens? We have a 5 year old girl.

I would recommend Winter Summerland Miniature Golf for the main reason that I think it is easier to get to with Disney transportation since the it is located next to Blizzard Beach. I also enjoyed the theming more there, but that is certainly more opinion.  I will say, however, that on hot days hearing the splashing water of Blizzard Beach seemed a little cruel!
Fantasia Gardens does require more effort since no bus goes directly there, and guests have to cross a busy street once they arrive at the Dolphin resort.
If  you would like to explore both a bit, you can go to www.allearsnet.com and do a search for miniature golf; the results will let you see some of the theming of each "golf course."
