    Hello, I am in the planning phase for my upcoming vacation and I would like to reserve Chef Mickey's, but they do not have an opening at dinner during that time. Is it worth it to just walk up and get a seat at dinner? I wonder how long is the wait. Thanks

    Thank you for visiting the Moms Panel!  I love Chef Mickey's because it's a two-for-one deal - great food and characters! 

    I've been in your situation before and my suggestion is to keep trying to secure a reservation online or by calling 407-WDW-DINE between now and the day you want to dine.  Guests are always changing their reservations and you may get lucky.  I would suggest that you do go to the podium to see if they are able to seat your family.  Sometimes you may have to wait an hour or so if there is a spot available.  But please don't give up!!
