Hi, Katherine!
Oooh, choosing restaurants! One of my favorite things to do! There are so many amazing places to dine in Walt Disney World, I could spend my whole vacation just eating! I will give you several suggestions, from fun to super fancy.
Starting with FUN - a trip to Chef Mickey's is always a blast. Mickey, Goofy, and his pals will join you in this restaurant located on the 4th floor of the Contemporary. It's a buffet with the best dessert bar, lots of energy, and just plain fun.
Whispering Canyon Cafe in Wilderness Lodge is a family favorite. No characters, but the servers will certainly keep you entertained! Great food if you like barbeque, chicken, and they even serve unlimited milkshakes! Don't miss this one!
A favorite for us is also Chefs de France in Epcot. French food, but nothing too fancy. Just delicious food right inside France in World Showcase. Lunch or dinner is really good.
Looking for a fancy-dancy night out? Try California Grill at the Contemporary. This restaurant has amazing cuisine and the best view of the Magic Kingdom. The view of the fireworks is breathtaking.
Need some more characters? Try Crystal Palace in the Magic Kingdom where you will dine with Pooh, Tigger, and their friends. Great selection on this buffet.
A few more: Yachtsman Steakhouse (inside Yacht Club resort), Le Cellier (Canada pavilion in Epcot), and Jiko (inside Animal Kingdom Lodge.)
