My planning party is linking resort stay, but not tickets. I am trying to update park reservations for my entire group however it will not allow me. Also one of our party members does not have the right profile pulling in. How do I fix this?

Hello Brandy, and welcome to planDisney!

Your Walt Disney World Resort arrival is approaching sooner rather than later, and I can understand wanting to ensure that everything is in place before your arrival. Having it all in place will allow you to sit back and be in the moment with your loved ones and create an abundance of memories.

I have had issues (in the past) with my theme park tickets not linking to my My Disney Experience account, which is frustrating. Try checking to see if someone in your party has already linked the ticket to their account. I had a similar situation, and the other party member had already linked the ticket to their account, meaning I did not need to link it to mine. Another workaround that could help is linking the tickets and making your theme park reservations using a computer instead of a smart device (or vice versa). Sometimes things will work better on one or the other depending on your connection.

As it relates to the profile of one of your group members, I have had a situation where my son’s profile was not appearing on my Family & Friends List, and I thought all hope was lost, but it got fixed with a quick call to Website Support at (407) 939-4357. I recommend calling them, especially since you will be arriving in a matter of days.

We will be here if you need anything in the coming days; please let us know how we can help.

    Have a magical time!
