    I am planning to order groceries through Prime Now to be delivered to OKW for our upcoming trip. I thought I had read somewhere that as of October 2019 that Disney resorts were no longer accepting deliveries for certain things. Does that include groceries?

    Wow, Tracey! I see that you are only a week away from your trip to the Most Magical Place on Earth. I hope you are getting excited!

    As a Disney Vacation Club Member, I'm happy to see that you'll be enjoying Disney's Old Key West Resort. One of my favorite things about staying in a Disney Vacation Club Resort is the kitchen space and it looks like with your question about grocery delivery, you will be taking advantage of this! 

    And... I have good news for you. You are able to receive groceries through Amazon Prime Now at bell services. I believe the change you are referring to is that bell services now has a small fee to deliver packages directly to your Disney Resort Hotel room. However, they will be happy to hold your Prime Now delivery. 

    Since you'll be surrounded by the sights and sounds of Key West, you might decide you want a break from cooking. If you do, check out the famous Olivia's Cafe located at your resort near the Conch Flat's General Store.
