Hello there, friend. Welcome to planDisney!
A trip to
Magic Kingdom Park in January? What could be better? And even though there are many great parts to bringing a 2-year-old to the
Walt Disney World Resort, one of the
best parts is that currently, you don't need to pay admission for Guests under the age of 3! So, for you, you'd be paying for just two adults! Of course, the other best parts are
the experiences that the whole family can enjoy, whether you are just going to Magic Kingdom Park or hopping over to another park!
Currently, our friends in the United Kingdom can only purchase
7-day or 14-day Disney Magic Tickets ahead of their visit. And even though these tickets typically include the
Park Hopper Option, I understand that you are only looking to visit for one day. As such, you'll have to wait until you have access to the U.S. version of the website or when you've arrived at the resort. At the time of writing this answer, the subtotal for a 1-day ticket with the Park Hopper Option for an adult ranges between $250.00 and $270.00 per ticket. However, please note that not only do prices vary depending on the date that you visit, but they are also subject to change.
If you're planning to focus on Magic Kingdom Park and then hop, the easiest park to hop to would be
EPCOT. You just have to make your way to the
Walt Disney World Monorail, and your quick journey will begin. And when you get there,
Frozen Ever After and
Remy's Ratatouille Adventure are must-dos for the whole family. And, of course,
Journey of Water, Inspired by Moana, is a great walkthrough experience that will fascinate your little one and yourselves, too! Plus, don't forget to visit the
Gran Fiesta Tour Starring The Three Caballeros. It just puts a smile on my face every time I ride it!
Cheers to a great vacation full of magical memories to last a lifetime. If you have any other questions,
please reach out again!
Birds don’t just fly...they fall down and get up,
Matt
