we are planning an Oct trip. We would like to attend the Halloween party. do we have to use our MK ticket the same day? we do not have the park hopper but 4 day tickets we'd planned to use one for each park per day.

    Hi Lisa!

Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party is a ghoulishly fun time. We love that we are able to dress up as a family and Mickey’s “Boo-to-You Halloween Parade in my opinion is the best parade!

Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party is an extra ticket event. This means that the party is closed to the public unless you have purchased a ticket. Technically the party starts at 7:00 PM, but on a lot of occasions they do allow party guests to enter Magic Kingdom Park as early as 4:00 PM. If you are only planning on attending the party on the day that you purchase tickets for, then you will not have to use one of your Theme Park tickets. If you do plan on entering one of the Theme Parks on the day that you will attend the party, then yes you will have to use one of your Theme Park Tickets.

I hope that I have helped to answer your question! If you have any additional questions please visit the Disney Parks Moms Panel at any time! We love helping guests just like you answer your vacation planning questions!
