Planning our nxt trip for 2011-since our last visit, our fam has grown from 4 to 5. My ? is regarding how rooms are booked for a family of 5 where the youngest will be 13 mos old at the time of trip? Rooms say accom up to 4, can we stay in this rm type?

    Jamie:

With a family of six, I can empathize with your feeling of not fitting into Disney's typical "Family of 4" mold.

Good news, though. As long as your child is under 3 and sleeps in a crib, you can typically stay in the accommodations that fit only 4 (Value & Moderate Resorts). Whether you're making a reservation online or booking with Disney, when they ask your child's ages, they will probably ask if you need a pack 'n' play or crib. If not, and you need one, make sure to request one.

    Wishing y'all a magical vacation!

My family of 6 appreciates Disney's value! Although Ft. Wilderness is our second home, we've enjoyed the resorts for business, reunions and romantic getaways. For me, Disney also means dining: last count, I'd eaten at 55 restaurants around the World! Learn More About Whitney
